Orders ship out within 1-2 days and are delivered within 5-10 days by either Fedex, UPS, or USPS. You should receive a confirmation email right after you ordered if a valid email address was entered with the order. You will receive another email confirmation once your card has been charged and another email once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
We limit returns to 30 days for exchange or refund for defective merchandise. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise, such as our free shipping offers. Returns of products where free shipping was offered at the point of sale will be charged the shipping fee if returned for a refund.
Also, we cannot accept non-defective returns for a refund on products that are used on the face, body or mouth. These products include but are not limited to: Genisphere, Shavers and Trimmers, etc. These items have often been most subject to return abuse where a customers use them and then send back for a refund without legitimate cause.
Returns for defective product within 30 days for a refund or exchange will receive a credit for purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
Non-defective returns for a refund within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No credits on shipping fees.
No non-defective refunds on health & beauty items.
These policies have been set to ensure that we will be able to offer great products to you at the lowest possible price. As always we are consistently evaluating products to ensure they are of high quality and meeting the claims advertised, so that returns shouldn't be a problem.
